September Pictures from Caroline's School

Here's a link to Caroline's school's Flickr page. She is having a great year with all of her friends. Her teachers amaze me! They paint, draw, have storytime in the library....We're so lucky!!

Reading with Grandaddy
Alex's Dad aka "Grandaddy" came down for a visit a few weeks ago. We took a video of him reading Good Boy Fergus by David Shannon. It's one of Caroline's favorites and Robert happens to have a dog named Lily that looks just like Fergus!
Stickers and Popsicles
Two of Caroline's current favorites are stickers and popsicles. We had a popsicle everyday after nap time this summer...and we've continued to eat popsicles after school too! Notice in the pictures that Caroline is "wearing" her stickers as jewelry and she has also applied Magic Marker "makeup". She keeps us laughing every minute!

Nona and Grandpa's Visit
Nona and Grandpa (Caroline calls him Bah Pa much to his dismay) came into town last week for a visit. We had a great time playing in the yard, swimming at the pool, and going to "kid" events in Austin.
We took Caroline to children's day at Symphony park. They gave out free balloons and Popsicles, her two favorite things, which made Caroline's day.
This is a picture at the BBQ restaurant, County Line. Great food and wonderful view. Nona and Grandpa were also able to come to one of C's gymnastic classes at The Little Gym. She loves the balance beam and bubbles! We can't wait until Nona and Grandpa's next visit to Austin.Corpus Christi
New Braunfels with Nana and Pa

Nana and Pa came to visit a few Saturdays ago. They took us to dinner at The Gristmill in New Braunsfels. Everyone tubes the Guadalupe River in the summer and then has dinner at this restaurant so...we had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes. It was worth it because Caroline loved meeting people and dancing with the band. After dinner, she tried to bust into Gruene Hall and to dance some more. She is a dancing queen!
