The three of us headed out this morning in our burnt orange for a walk around town. We started out at the capitol and then ventured over to the UT clocktower. ESPN was filming Game Day this morning on the South lawn. We arrived after filming, but it was still exciting to see the stage. The tailgaters all loved Caroline's UT socks and I didn't even tell them that she's really a Georgia fan. All of the game excitement made me miss UGA. It's definitely not the same way of tailgating under the oak trees in Athens, but man they know how to eat here in Austin. There's a smoker at every tailgate and boy does that brisket smell good! We are so lucky to live half a mile from the capitol and UT campus. Hook 'um horns!!
