Caroline Elyse was born Thursday, May 1st at 5:38 pm. She weighed 8 lb. 1 oz and was 20.5 inches long. It was a wonderful birth experience and everyone is doing great. We left the hospital Saturday and it is wonderful to be back in our own home. Caroline is eating every two hours and sleeping soundly. Grandma Brinson is here to help so Alex and I can catch up on sleep. Here are some pictures from the first few days of Caroline's life. We'll keep updating the blog to let all of you know how our little family is doing.
